Being in a listed jurisdiction does not guarantee clinical eligibility, a prescription, a particular medication or pharmacy fulfillment. Tell your clinician if your physical location changes.

Dispensing pharmacies

Prescriptions are dispensed by independent pharmacies licensed in the state where the patient lives. The dispensing pharmacy’s name, address, and phone number are printed on every prescription label. Not every medication can be dispensed to every state; if a prescribed medication isn’t available where you live, your clinician will discuss alternatives.

For a compounded prescription, the entity that physically compounded the medication must also be identified, including when it differs from the dispensing pharmacy.

Medical prescribing decisions are made by licensed clinicians. Compounding and dispensing are performed by the entities responsible for those services. WellMeDr does not manufacture, compound or dispense medications.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They are not FDA-approved generics and should not be assumed equivalent to approved products.
