Prescription evaluation and fulfillment through accredited U.S. pharmacies

Wellmedr™ is not a medical provider, pharmacy, or insurance company. Medical decisions—including prescribing—are made solely by independent licensed clinicians.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Reside in a state where our services are available
Complete a medical intake truthfully and accurately
Agree to the OpenLoop Telehealth Consent and relevant clinical agreements
Providing false information may result in termination of access.
3. No Medical Advice
Content on Wellmedr™ (including product descriptions, messaging, AI-generated educational text, and marketing materials) is for informational purposes only. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians after reviewing your intake.
4. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are delivered by independent clinicians through our clinical partner network (OpenLoop or other licensed networks).By using the Services, you agree to:

Provider review of your information
Possible denials if treatment is not clinically appropriate
Ongoing monitoring, adjustments, or discontinuation at the provider’s discretion
Your use of telehealth is voluntary.
5. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are only issued if medically appropriate after a clinical review.Wellmedr™ does not guarantee:
Approval for treatment
Specific medications
Specific dosages
Specific timelines
Medications are dispensed only by accredited U.S. pharmacies.
6. Payment, Billing & Renewals
By purchasing a treatment plan, you authorize Wellmedr™ to charge your payment method for:
Initial consultation
Medication (if prescribed)
Ongoing subscription renewals (monthly, 3-month, or 6-month cycles depending on your plan)
Refunds:
Consultation fees are non-refundable once your intake is submitted.
Medication orders are non-refundable once the pharmacy processes or ships your prescription.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate medical and personal information
Use medications exactly as prescribed
Notify your provider of any side effects, concerns, or changes
Not misuse medications or share them with others
Misuse may result in account termination and may be unlawful.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Wellmedr™—including text, graphics, logos, videos, product names, and branding—is the property of Wellmedr™ and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Provide false information
Attempt to obtain medications illegally or fraudulently
Tamper with the website, systems, or data
Use the Services for any commercial or non-personal purpose
Any violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellmedr™ is not liable for:
Medical decisions made by independent providers
Delays, errors, or issues caused by pharmacies
Technical issues, interruptions, or service outages
Any damages arising from misuse of our Services
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
13.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the [561-888-9179]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messagesAs always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive SMS every 2 Days. The assessment available on the Wellmedr. website does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Clinical services are provided by OpenLoop Health and other networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians who determine eligibility for GLP-1 treatment based on medical history and assessment responses. Providers retain full discretion to prescribe or decline compounded GLP-1 medications. Compounded medications offered through Wellmedr. are produced in FDA-registered facilities but are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Results may vary and depend on individual adherence, provider guidance, and lifestyle changes. Wellmedr. does not manufacture compounded medications, and product appearance may differ from website images. Wellmedr. partners with certified U.S. pharmacies to ensure high standards of safety and quality. Medication costs are included in the Wellmedr care coaching program . Ozempic® is FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes treatment but may be prescribed off-label for weight management. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
